Background
Women Environment and Youth Development Initiative (WOYODEV) is implementing the FmTm-From Margins To Mainstream: Empowering Societies for Increased Women’s Political Participation in Nigeria project with funding support from UN-Women International in partnership with European Union under the WYDE (Women and Youth Democratic Engagement) Initiative.
WOYODEV implementation of the project in is focused in 3 States of Nigeria; Kwara, Enugu and Lagos.
We hereby request for vendors to provide the following as needed to achieve the project objectives.
1. Scope of Engagement:
- Catering, event planning and Management
- Transport Services
- Stationery Suppliers: conference materials, printing, branding items, supplies etc.
- Hotel/Accommodation (lodging for guest, group bookings and conference venue etc.)
2. Vendor’s Qualification
Experience:
- Proven track record of providing services in the identified States.
- Capacity to deploy skilled personnel to provide in compliance with WOYODEV and its partners standards.
- Ability to deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines and in diverse cultural contexts.
- Valid business registration and/or license with clear and accountable procedures.
